Hello WADA Exhibitors,

Our hotel base for the past several years has been AVID, an IHG Hotel,  the closest to our venue. 

The address is:  2101 Meadow Lane, Pewaukee, Wisconsin, 53072.  This is right on the Waukesha/Pewaukee border. 

Our dealers like this hotel because it is only a few years old, clean, and they have a large area in the lobby where dealers gather for pizza on Friday night after the show. 

Special rates for our dealers has been negotiated: $92/Queen and $99/King. However, we suggest you also check your rates through IHG if you have your own account with them. (You can get rewards even if you register through the block of rooms. Just be certain to enter your IHG member number.) Your reservation with AVID at these rates must be made by 5pm Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

At this time Priceline appears to be higher when you add their fee onto their quoted price.
